Network and resilience

Built for performance. Designed for recovery.

Servers run in European data centres with redundant power and multiple network connections. Traffic is unmetered; port specifications are stated for every configuration. [3]

  • Unmetered trafficPort speed and committed bandwidth depend on the selected configuration.
  • L3/L4 DDoS protectionUDP and SYN floods, amplification attacks and malformed packets are filtered automatically.
  • Private segmentsDatabases, backups and management traffic can be separated from the public internet.
  • Clear limitationsL7 protection, backup policies and failover are designed separately for each workload.

Locations

Four countries. The closest is about 15 ms from Kyiv.

Poland is recommended for the primary server. Other countries serve as independent recovery sites, geographic distribution and locations for Western European users. [4]

Our story

We lost the data centre. We did not stop.

At 11:50 on 23 September 2026, the United DC building was struck. According to the team’s official statement, the Kyiv data centre was effectively destroyed and the Ukrainian site is not operating. [2]

A previously prepared European deployment plan was activated. United Cloud is the same United DC team, now operating on infrastructure in Europe. [1]

2001
Operations begin with fibre internet for Kyiv businesses.
2002
Own autonomous system AS24703 and connection to UA-IX. [6]
2003
First data centre at the heart of Ukrainian provider interconnection.
2013
United DC opens: 144 racks, 1+1 MW, designed to TIA-942.
2026
After the 23 September strike, United Cloud launches on European sites.
“Data and services a company depends on should be where a strike cannot reach them, with the backup stored elsewhere.”

For business

One platform, four common workloads.

From business applications to a recovery site: server resources are not shared with other customers, and the architecture can scale across countries.

Accounting and remote work

BAS, M.E.Doc, CRM, files and employee desktops on a server in Europe.

Websites, shops and APIs

Dedicated resources, unmetered traffic and network-level DDoS protection.

Recovery site

A second infrastructure stack in another country for disaster recovery.

Virtualisation and private cloud

Servers with dozens of cores, large RAM capacity and a fast private network.

Questions

The essentials, clearly answered.

Where are the servers physically located?

The primary location is Poland. Germany, France and the United Kingdom are also available. [1]

Does United Cloud own the European data centres?

No. United Cloud uses facilities operated by a European provider and remains responsible to the customer for service, configuration, support and contract. [1]

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes. Automatic L3/L4 network and transport-layer protection is included. Application-layer L7 protection requires a separate solution. [1]

Can I build a standby site in another country?

Yes. The recommended design is a primary server in Poland, a standby in Germany or France, and tested backups. [1]

Who provides support?

Requests are handled by the United DC team. Technical support is stated as available 24/7 by phone and email. [1]

How fast can a server be provisioned?

For in-stock configurations, the official site states up to 12 or 72 hours after payment. Exact timing depends on the server. [1]

Contacts

Technical support, 24 hours a day.

For servers, migrations, orders and billing, contact the team directly by phone or email. There is no contact form between you and an engineer.
